He wrote up a very excellent report detail all of the damage and repairs needed to bring my roof back to its original condition. He supplied me with clear pictures of everything, and took time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the estimate. I feel much better now knowing exactly what damage was done to my roof, and that I can rely on Isiah and American Home Contractors to restore my roof back to its original condition. "Have roof examined yearly for any damage based on winter weather conditions and the fact the roof is over 15 years old. Contractor did an examination of the roof, tightened loose nails and shingles and suggested replacing the roof based on some curling shingles that might be blown off during a wind storm. Gave me some product brochures which I researched and found to be of good quality at a very reasonable price. Opted not to have roof replaced at that time because of more pressing house projects. Would consider them in the future for roof replacement but would also seek other bidders for the job.
