"The service was A+! The technician was timely and had everything he needed to do the job. He assessed the best way to mount the TV. He made a new cable outlet and electric outlet behind where the TV was to be mounted. He was fast and very efficient. He handled my TV with care and mounted it correctly the first time! The cables and wires are all hidden and it looks great! I had just had my condo renovated and all the cables were not hooked up properly yet. I had an appointment scheduled with the cable company to do that, but the technician took a quick look at it and hooked up my cable! When it was all installed, he went through the channels to see that it was working ok. He also went through the streaming capability and insured everything was working as it should. He was very helpful, answering even the most basic questions I had. He was polite and professional. He cleaned up after the work was done. Great job! I would hire them again!!!"

"First I would like to say I would NOT HESITATE to hire Miracle Method Surface Restoration from Kensington, MD again. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. When the work was scheduled to be performed, the installers were knowledgeable professionals, who showed up on time and worked long hours to get the work complete within the two date estimate.

The work was done with respect for my property and without undue interruptions. The installers were also very pleasant and informative.

Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend.
