"Capital Palmetto Builders (CPB) did a great job on my roof. Darryl Phelps kept me informed during the entire process and treated the installation as if he was doing his own home. Darryl even provided status reports with pictures to let me know how the job was progressing and when the job would be complete. CPB used a drone to inspect the roof to eliminate the risk of further damage by walking around on the existing shingles. The drone images also provided an opportunity to show me what different color options I had on deciding which shingle to choose. I thought I only had a small leak that needed repair; however, I had much more damage than expected and the entire roof was replaced for my insurance deductible only! Darryl worked closely with the insurance adjuster to get full approval without me having to get involved which eliminated any interruption to my busy work schedule. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "After huge storm came through the area about a month ago, the next day I noticed a water stain on my kitchen's ceiling. I reached out to another roofing company and it took them two weeks to respond. I missed the call and attempted to call them back. Once again, they did not pick up or return my phone call. I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage. There is a pipe that is attached to the roof and it came loose, allowing water to tickle down and drip onto the ceiling of my kitchen. He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Their attentiveness and customer service is nothing short of the Chick-fil-A standard."
