They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."
