They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The three crews which came to my house were all very professional, although the lead tech at the first visit did not measure, so the special order cap did not fit and a second one had to be ordered. It was lodged so high and so tightly that I am convinced anyone else would have said they couldn’t get to it and left but Jim was so tenacious that he kept at it until he finally got it out. I can’t speak highly enough of Jim and his service."

"I had previously paid another contractor for this service, as part of a larger job.  Unfortunately the waterproofing part of the job was delayed due to weather (water-proofing requires sufficiently warm temperatures, and a dry day).  Before the vendor could provide the service, he sold the business to Certified Chimney, an established local company.  As soon as I learned that Certified Chimney would be my new provider of services, I called their office and spoke with Kim.  Kim was very polite and helpful, and literally within an hour there was a crew at my home to verify that the chimney had not been previously waterproofed.  An appointment was setup promptly for the next dry/warm day, and a crew came out right on time to perform the service.  They took their time in carefully applying the product and ensured that all surfaces were properly treated.  Job well done."
