"Jim Farley was amazing. He came out on a Sunday, the day after I called and spent 3 hours cleaning nests out of my chimney caps and one lodged in the vent going to my hot water heater. It was lodged so high and so tightly that I am convinced anyone else would have said they couldn’t get to it and left but Jim was so tenacious that he kept at it until he finally got it out. I can’t speak highly enough of Jim and his service."
