"We were so happy with the work Shane completed on our screened-in porch. We had old screens in frames that were clipped to each window and were looking old. Shane installed new screens by fitting them between 2 pieces of wood trim inside each window opening. The result was amazing. Our window lines look so much cleaner because you don't see clips on the outside of the window frames, nor do we have individual frames for each screen. The built-in screens look SO much nicer than what we had before. Shane also installed a new wooden screen door for us to complete the look. We are VERY happy with the way our porch now looks. Shane quoted us a very reasonable price and did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling on Screens n Things for future screen installation and repairs."

"The company made four or five separate trips to do the work. First, they removed an old mirror and replaced it with a new one. This went reasonably well. Then,ma week later, they came back to replace the window and door glass. The installer did a descent job on the Windows but couldn't do the door because they gave him the wrong size. He came back two days later to finish the door which turned out OK but took a long time. Few days later two people came back to do the shower work, which they couldn't finish because once again they had the wrong parts. Again, after a week, two more people showed up to basically replace a shower door latch and again they couldn't do it because the parts wouldn't fit. After over an hour they informed they had finished. To my surprise they just cleaned and re-installed the old rusty parts. The latch works but they didn't do what I paid for. This is unacceptable work. I had to stay home on four or five different occasions, postponing appointments or canceling things which was wasted time for me and for the Carmel Glass and Mirror, costly time for both of us. At this point I am not asking for anything else, I am submitting this review to encourage the company to do a better job managing its business."

"Through Angie's List, I discovered that Broad Ripple Locksmith also repaired exterior doors and installed new doors.  Since I had used Broad Ripple Locksmith, a family business, for 25 plus years and trusted this group, I did not need to explore the others on the list. I stopped by the office to make my appointment for the next day. Chris, one of the owners, did the repair to the door and informed me that I did not need a new door!!  He made sure that the door was working before leaving my house, thus, saving me many dollars.
