Appliance Works sent me a very knowledgeable and friendly technician who took his time to properly troubleshoot the issue and explain it to us. As it turned out, it was simply a sensor that wasn't working (and not the whole motherboard as the competitor had told us). He relayed to us a reasonable parts and labor estimate on the spot. Then he showed us a workaround with the dryer settings that would get the dryer to blow hot air until the repair visit is scheduled. I highly trust and recommend based on my experience."
