"From the diagnosis to the installation of my central air conditioner, the process was seamless. Every question I had, my technician, Steve Gray knew the answer and made sure I understood how to maintain my unit, informed me about my units 10 year warranty, his work area was clean, Steve was professional and respectful of my time! I like the electronic notifications from Good Guys. My tech was prompt, efficient, and did a phenomenal job!"

"Mike installed both of our geothermal furnaces in 2004 when we bought our home and discovered that neither were working properly- problems missed on inspection. He gave us the best pricing on the installation of the 3 companies that bid and has been fair on pricing since that time.  He has helped with whatever minor issues have occurred. He sometimes takes a day or 2 to get back to you, but always arrives on time and is very thorough and detailed. Definitely recommend him"

"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"
