"Bill Hall is awesome!!!!! We needed to replace 3 toilets in our 32 year old home. He met with us personally to advise of the types toilets available. He was willing to inquire whether it was possible to get a round and bone colored toilet. He installed all 3 toilets in a very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after finishing his job. He also rebuilt a faucet in one of the bathrooms. He was pleasant and professional when he had to return to take care of a leak below the sink. We have NEVER used any other plumbing company than Isleys!! Family owned and operated----and it SHOWS!!!!"

"This is the 3rd time we have used Pat Pennington to resurface bathtubs. Each time the experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The quality of the work is outstanding. He brings old bathtubs back to life. Whether the tubs are weathered and chipped or just the wrong color, it looks better than new after Resurf. He even re-grouted an area of the tub that had been filled in inappropriately with caulk. Pat returned my initial call quickly and worked with my schedule to complete the work- recommending that we replace plumbing fixtures prior to him coming in. He is friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I have recommended him to many friends, all of which have been equally pleased. "We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Waited 5 weeks and reviewed other options only to came back to the professional solution offered. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage."

".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.
