"We scheduled an appointment and they were on time and were professional. They listened to my ideas and measured the basement. Before they came out they provided me a booklet with the materials they use and how their design is different than others. The scheduling process was simple and quick. Now with that said the reason I give them a C overall is because of their price. The price they quoted me for 1100 square feet with a standard remodel no custom things was twice as expensive as the other companies that quoted me on my space. The cost was in the range of 75-80K. That is almost the price of building a new home. I was disappointed at the fact that they thought that’s was a fair price. Others quoted me between 35-40K."

When sections for our fence were delivered, Ron was not impressed with the quality so he got them returned, ordered the necessary wood and together with his team built the fence from scratch! "Things went very well. The four-person crew was prompt, professional and and efficient. The foreman described what was going to happen and how. The concrete walkway, front step and driveway sections that had settled over time were gently lifted and leveled using a polymer foam. After the work, all of the driveway section seams were level and smooth. Very few traces of the work were left behind. We would highly recommend Badger Basement Systems."
