Before we moved in, he and his team rewired everything to support two home offices and to bring all interior and exterior outlets up to code (the previous owners had an interesting relationship with electricity, lol). Since then, we’ve had him back to install ceiling fans with lights, shower fans, outside lights with Ring cameras, and an electric vehicle charging station.
