"My husband and I both expressed on multiple occasions that we wanted engineered hardwood installed and were told about their product ?Express Flooring?. We asked multiple times throughout the sales pitch what the difference was between Express flooring and engineered hardwood and were told they were ?exactly the same? just express flooring is a third generation and more durable. On August 28th we saw a box that says Premium Laminate. I reached out to Express Flooring to tell them they installed the wrong flooring and asked when they would be able to fix this error. I was told by Travis ?it would take time?. On August 28th Josh the sales manager called me and was VERY rude and offered me no solutions. On August 29th Josh called me again and said if I wanted engineered hardwood installed it would be an additional $2500. I told him this was not an acceptable solution as we agreed to $10,536 to have our floors. Josh then yelled at me on the phone and said this was the only option. "
