Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage.
