"They took up part of my fence so they would not have to wheelbarrow the concrete if the truck could drive onto yard. Never fixed the fence. Refuses to repair the ruts in my yard for one excuse after another, AFTER he agreed to fix my yard. I agreed to pay for soil and he still has not done the work. Approximately one-month-old patio already has cracks, water puddles in numerous areas that are on top of the patio floor not being level. I asked for a smooth finish with just enough texture to keep it from being slippery when wet. My patio has super rough areas in several areas that I hope will not be painful to walk on after some time. I cannot accept being left to pay for work that he agreed to do as I have his texts to prove that he agreed then he started making excuses. He went so far as to ask ME how many yards of dirt I needed, which I could not answer due to it not being my line of work. I asked him to come to look at the condition of my yard since he never visited the job except for the first day when the forming was being done. He has not shown up or called me yet. I paid in full for the job based on his word that it would be completed to my satisfaction."
