"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

"I have a flat roof and was mis-lead by another major roofing company in the Valley as to when the re-coating of the roof needed to be completed. When they came out to start the work I was informed that the estimate of $2,200.00 was now going to cost $10,000.00 because I waited too long to have the roof recoated. My sister's have used Germany roofing for both of their tile roofs and did an excellent job at a fair price. Manuel came out to look at the roof and stated that what the other company was stating that needed to be done to repair the roof was not accurate.
