"Frank hadnt anticipated the type of bolts I had in gate so he had to go locate some at no extra cost to me !  Job was completed as expected.  He even said if the dog cracked one of the new slats he would come replace for no charge.  One thing I wish he would have done was mentioned the mud on the metal frame and either washed off or pointed out to me so I could have cleaned frame prior to the install of the slats.  Clean-up can still be done but would have liked to have done while open and able to have gotten in all corners.
