Finding no power for both thermostats, he then checked the main power line to the water heater. Once again, there was no power. He checked the circuit board and found the circuit breaker had been inadvertently shut off. After turning the circuit breaker to the on position, he did hear the water heater beginning to heat water. He also gave us advice on servicing the water heater in the future along with possible additions of a water softener and a reverse osmosis unit to offset the hard water from our town water system. We would definitely recommend this company for future plumbing needs."

"Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"

"They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."
