"When I called this company to arrange for a quote, they answered the phone immediately and the representative was very pleasant. I called on a Friday but emphasized that we had the use of another bathroom so this was not an emergency. The company has a plumber who works Saturdays so we would not be charged for an emergency when he came out the next day. Andrew arrived on time and was very professional. Although it was fairly obvious what the problem was, he carefully traced the relevant piping to understand the layout. He explained each step and discussed options for various possible problems. When he removed the wall connection, he discovered that the connecting pipe was too short and the wall connector was held on only by 1/4 turn. In addition, it did not have enough teflon tape. He had the proper size pipe in his truck and was able to repair the problem immediately. The company has a $65.00 fee to come out but credited that in the total bill if work was done. In addition, they have a seniors discount."

They transformed the first floor of our home, including the kitchen, from an extremely dated look to a very modern look and all at a very reasonable price. "Our shower was causing a slow drip leak to our kitchen below. We had several plumbers and contractors out to diagnose the problem, but none could really find or fix the root of the problem. Matt diagnosed it correctly and fixed the issue for us. I was so impressed with Matt that I hired him to do repair and replace our back porch/three-season room. Matt completely tore off and replaced the roof, tore off and replaced the railing (which was rotted through), replaced the storm door that was broken, replaced a post that was rotted, repaired the cement, and repaired the gutter. It was a lot of work, and Matt is one guy, so it took a bit longer than if he had a team of guys, but he did a great job. Very happy with his work."

"I remodeled the bathroom and the tub was left to do so the easiest way  was to refinish the tub instead of ripping it out and upsetting the tile work among other things. "I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.
