"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "After unsuccessfully contacting two other fabricators, Russo Stone and Tile Design was the only one interested in a complicated design and installation of granite counter tops.  Tony was very detailed in laying out the templates on the granite.  This was a very large project in that the kitchen and bar alone required eight slabs of the same granite.  The contractor and I flew to New Jersey to select the slabs as local companies could not locate eight slabs cut in order from the same rock.  Russo Stone and Tile Design arranged for the shipping and receiving of all ten slabs purchased in New Jersey and slabs from two local companies used in two other rooms. <br />"

"Ken Wilson, the salesman at Stone Fabricators, was easy to work with. The same day that I emailed the company about getting an estimate, Ken was at our house taking measurements. That same day, he dropped by with granite samples (which we were allowed to keep) so that we could compare the stones' colors to our cabinets and appliances. The templating was easy, and the install even easier. The workers that installed the countertops were friendly, it only took them about 2-3 hours, and the site was cleaned. The countertops look wonderful. As part of the contract, Stone Fabricators makes clear that the tear out of the existing countertops, and installation of the faucet, is done by a third party. You pay the third party directly. Nick, the person who handled our tear out, was easy to work with, was in-and-out of the house quickly, and did a great job. Overall, very satisfied with the whole experience. My only complaint is that during the install the company does not caulk the countertops (which is disclosed in the contract). Not a big deal, it's a $4 tube of caulk. My problem is that every time I try and caulk something, it looks awful . . . so I asked Nick to do it and he gladly did."

"Arrived exactly as promised time wise. <br /> Very careful with my house.  covered carpet.  put up drape around countertop to keep everything off carpet, cabinets, etc. <br /> Took about 1 hr and a half.  Had estimated 2 hrs. <br /> Very polite, and a pleasure to have in my home. <br /> Not to chatty, just right.  Went about his work as I wrapped Xmas presents in another room. <br /> Cleaned everything up.  Explained what to use to polish and what not to use. <br /> Left me smiling and with the assurance that if I needed anything, just give him a call. <br />"

"I'd like to start by saying I've been in this business since 1985 dealing with new home construction and remodelers. I have never dealt with the group of people that were so attentive to customers. It all started with the scheduling lady Jenn. She called on a Monday Pete the template guy was here one week later very very professional very detailed oriented. Then Jenn called back in two days and set up an installation date for seven days. I was originally told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Then came the installation with Herman on time even early. Told me he would be here approximately two hours he was gone in an hour and a half cleaned up and installed. Couldn't even tell they were here except for my new countertops. But we did have a little hick up. After the tile was done Herman had to return. And once again he was early in the job was complete in 15 minutes. Whoever reads this in management at Hallmark stone can rest assure that this group of people are doing a good job. I have recommended himthem at least 10 times and wouldn't hesitate to do it again thanks again."
