"Levi Reed, Josh P. and John W. were very polite and professional. The communication was great. They explained what they did and answered any questions we had. They installed sister joists with floor jacks to stabilize the flooring."

"Amazing! My sidewalks were a trip hazard. I could not enjoy my front porch because I thought someone would trip every time they walked by. First Quality came by and in ONE HOUR my sidewalks were level. I only wish I did this sooner! I can now enjoy my front porch again! No mess, really professional work men, great work! Thank you! Thank you!"

"It went great! Dan came out and gave us a free estimate that involved a thorough look at our basement and explanation of the cause and methods to address the mold. The price was fair and reasonable. When he did the work, he came on time and worked non-stop for hours. At the end, he and his assistant cleaned the area and the living room where they walked. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them!"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Wildwood, NJ

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
