"Ivan is the owner of ZVL Contracting company, and he is very personable and easy to work with. Two of his employees Niko and Juan completed the work on my Pavillion. The work included framing walls, installing 6 windows a storm door and finishing both the exterior and interior walls. From scratch Niko created a beautiful frame for my Octogon (36"x36") window which included at least 6 different types of real wood, a real work of art. Niko and Juan craftsmenship and attention to detail is the best I have seen in a long time. Both my wife and I are very, very pleased with the final completed project. I will be hiring Ivan's company again for any and all future projects and repairs. His company does it all-electrial, masonary, plumbing just to name a few. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and his employees were very polite and answered any and all questions. Great company you can trust to do quality work!"
