"Steve came out to repair a pump problem with my water system, which other companies had failed to fix - even after several attempts. He fixed this problem and mentioned that he also sold sulfur removal systems. It turned out he had installed a number of different types of systems so I asked for a quote. His prices were much less than other companies had quoted so I asked him to put the system in, but I needed it installed within one week. He agreed to do so and had it installed that same week. He was a bit late to the appointment time, and had to leave once during the installation, but stayed until it was completed which was well into the evening. There was a very small leak, but we agreed on a time for him to come out to fix it. The system works great and it was installed just in time for a large family gathering, which would have overwhelmed our old system. I was very pleased with the overall value. <br />"

"Overall it went well. Everything was on-time and as quoted. The only issue I had was that I was not told ahead of time that they couldn't re-install my Dish Satellite which they removed. I was present for most of the day, and no one advised me that I should call and set this up with DISH. However, they did admit this mistake and that I should have been informed ahead of time. Other than that, they brought a large team to do the roof and got it done in one day. Everything was cleaned up and no problems so far. I would recommend them and would use them for future work. <br />"
