"Had Henry remove a 12-15 inch thick 5x5 slab of concrete that needed to be removed. He showed up very quickly and knocked it out in a few hours with cleanup and haul away. Very professional and keeps you updated the whole time. Highly recommend."

"ESP Flooring did an incredible job leveling my cement floors that were out of level in some areas by up to 2 inches. When finished adding material, the proceeded to grind down the entire floor to make sure it was flat enough for our new vinyl floors. Their quoted price was extremely good and more than fair. I would highly recommend Bob’s and his crew for any floor job you might have."

"After several tries to have a drain installed in our driveway, I was connected to Busy Dog via Home Advisor. I didn't realize they did that kind of work. The job was scheduled and completed in a very short period of time, after the estimate approved. The crew were pleasant and extremely hard working. And they took their time cleaning up at the end of the day. I am extremely pleased with the service I received."

The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. "Diamond Masonry & Construction replaced damaged bricks and broken concrete and gave my 25-year-old house a great start to the next 25 years! I am very careful about choosing contractors and look for well-established local businesses with a strong reputation for quality. It was a pleasure to work with them. The job was detailed and scheduled quickly, the masons were thorough and very neat. The price was competitive and fair. I'd certainly hire them again without hesitation. They are a company that really takes pride in quality and workmanship."

"Kevin Kennedy conducted a walk-through assessment of the cracks and made a recommendation for the required work.  The repair crew did the work a few weeks later.  The crew was punctual, friendly, and very professional.  The repaired cracks look great and I'm very pleased with the service and the result.

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Williamsburg, MA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
