"I have been using GH Appliance repair over 8 years. Always knowledgeable and courteous technicians. This time Brandon, who has been here before on a repair call, helped me decide it was more advantageous to replace my 10 year old washer than do the costly repair. He also went over how to shop for a new washer. Communication from making the appointment, to confirmation, to the on the way call respects my time too."

"Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

"Great work done, was amazed at how quickly he could get out here to complete the work. Job #1 was to cut the granite countertop to fit the larger cooktop being installed. Job #2 was to replace an outdoor GFCI outlet. Both jobs were completed quickly and they even cleaned up afterwards."

"Technician came out a few days before the job to assess what was needed. Two days later two technicians came and removed the old system and installed in the new one. Job took about 7 hours. They were neat, efficient and very professional. We have had out annual maintenance agreement with them for the last 5 years. I would definitely recommend them!"

"I thought they were professional and nice, but they tried to repair my same appliance three times and it still didn't work. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

"They did a fantastic job and my new systems are working great! These were normal "end of life" replacements. Their expertise and support is superb!"

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. Robert was very professional the entire period and only stopped work after his 7 hours were up. Would gladly recommend his proficient and professional service. Terry Reid (Col USMC retired)"
