However, after starting the job, Warren claimed there was more work than expected and asked for additional payment. This was disappointing, as we had already agreed on the scope and the price. The Company contact said there was nothing they could do about it because it wasn't within 24 hours per the contract, but they could send out someone at a 20% discount to do the work that was missed. I let them know that was a convenient clause for people who are moving and cannot always be there within 24 hours. The offer to come back at 20% off was insulting and no cash compensation has been offered. I paid 675 including a good faith tip and give it a 2 out of 5. Now I'm in quite a pickle having to do all of this myself."
