"Sebastian was very responsive and professional in providing a quote to provide all labor, materials and equipment required to install a new 6” Type K seamless aluminum gutter system (.032 gauge) with a 3”x 4” downspout on the rear roof section of our home. Sebastian showed up on time and the work was completed quickly using aluminum T wedges to provide support to offset the gutter from the angled roof fascia and to ensure the gutter is horizontal front to rear, and sloped toward the downspout to develop full flow capacity. Heavy duty Ray Tech hangers were installed with an anchor screwed directly through the hanger, and through the gutter flange, and into the fascia. The joints at the endcaps, and at the mitered corner are all sealed with silicon sealant. The completed gutter is high gloss white, and the fit and finish is excellent. "Arrived on day expected at the approximate time. The two person team began work about 9:30 am and worked straight through until 2:30 pm at which time the team was prepared to blow in insulation. However, insulation machine was not operating properly.  They scheduled to come back the next day to complete job.  I inspected work and found a few items they did not foam insulate so made a list so when they came back the next day they checked and completed foam insulation of the rest of the items and then blew in the insulation.  Management called and scheduled to come out and inspect work for proper performance.  Management showed up on site as scheduled and verified work was done as invoiced and my spouse paid the balance for the work. <br /> <br /> We expect to achieve energy savings as a result of the work done and will monitor the energy bills over the next year and compare to previous to see actual savings. <br /> <br /> <br /> Management appears concerned about quality of their work and reputation.  Would recommend to others."
