"overpriced, no receipt given, refused to upgrade faucet fixings and replaced old with sub standard fittings, that are not complete. Over charged for work completed that should have been much less especially a water heater installation that had ALL material and water heater already provided for them. Will NEVER use them again"

He allowed me to decide the best day and time for me and made an appointment that was convenient to install our new water heater. He also gave me information that will help me make a decision about an additional plumbing job concerning a hot water circulating pump and installation.
