" I would like to thank Community construction for the work they did with the remodel / rework job they did on my manufactured home in the Yankee Springs / Middleville Michigan area. I recently have expanded my family and need to convert an extra living room space into a bedroom and a smaller sitting / tv room. The Gentleman "Nate" who worked on my home did a great job. "I am so glad I â foundâ Dick for my bathroom project. He contacted me the very same day I filled out a questionnaire on Home Advisor. I had received other quotes for my project, but I felt Dickâ s quote was very fair. The project was completed in the time frame he had given me looks great! They were respectful of my home, and cleaned up after each days work. He communicated well and I never had a problem contacting him with questions or even having to reschedule an appointment to discuss some details. He was very willing to â work with meâ . Dick is a very fair and honest contractor. I would not hesitate to hire him again. ð"

"Matrix was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. The project manager John was very good at letting me know if things had to be moved to a different day. The workmen doing the individual parts of the job were also very helpful, offering advice when asked. They also kept the working areas very clean - no dreadful mess to clean up!"

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."
