I scheduled to have work performed and it was scheduled for 2 months later. The scheduler called me the morning of the service appointment and canceled. Their crew had fallen behind. After multiple attempts of calling Mark Group, I never received a call-back to reschedule. 
Great up-front service and sales team. Poor scheduling and administrative team."
