"Anthony called me the night before. Called the next day at approximately 11:30 AM said he was 20 minutes away actually arrived before scheduled Appointment. . He quickly searched the exterior Identifying the entrance area of the Hornet. treated the exterior area of the house where the Hornets were spotted and the perimeter of the house at a very reasonable price. He also identified the trails that were likely causing the issue. I now have a 90 day warranty on the work performed. He will call back on Monday to see if I see any activity in treated area.Actually treated areas that were not his responsibility.  Very quick and professional service. He treated the exterior area of the house as if it was his own. "The inspection was done through my home inspector on same date as inspection.  So I was able to get two things accomplished at the same time which is really important during the inspection phase of purchasing a house.  About three months after I moved into my new home, I called on this company again as I thought I  possibly had flying squirrels in my attic.  An appointment was made and kept with effectiveness and efficiency and there was no cost for evaluation.  No squirrels were found."

"They came multiple times to spray for a cockroach infestation. Technician who came was polite and courteous. Took several sprays to control the problem, but they kept coming back until the job was done."

"Having racoons in the attic was a harrowing experience for me and my family.
We called two other companies who were terrible and incompetent and  just delayed our agony for 6 weeks with no results.
We finally found AAA Wildlife and within the next few days they trapped the culprits in our house.
They also sealed all the entry points.

"Mike came and did a thorough inspection of my crawlspace which was once home to a family of raccoons. CleanSpace came and cleaned and disposed of all of the soiled insulation and sanitized the space before installing new and better insulation . The work was done quickly and as described, I would recommend them for anyone in a similar situation!"

"I called in the morning; they came out this afternoon and did the job. Since the squirrels were out for the day (or so it seemed), they decided that the best solution would be to gas them out (in case hiding) and then seal up the entry point. Trapping they said was another solution, but would be more time consuming & expensive and they would still ultimately seal up all entry points. (Also, there are lots of squirrels in this neighborhood, in part because an annoying neighbor leaves peanuts for them). From what I've read on the web, I'm afraid they may find new ways in. But the guys surveyed the entire roof and seemed pretty confident that the entry point they were sealing would do the trick. Sealing up the entry point was not a simple job, but it *looks* like they did a good job. I did not rate quality because they just did the job today and so I'll have to wait and see if the critters stay out. BUT, key is that the job comes with a 5 year warranty-- so I'm to call if they somehow manage to get back in. The two guys were incredibly nice and informative and did investigating of some of the other problems we're having (flooding in the basement, which is ultimately caused by a dislodged downspout, which the squirrels are most likely responsible for). MOST IMPORTANT LESSON FROM MY EXPERIENCE: TELL 'EM YOU FOUND OUT ABOUT THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST!!! Since I had checked other jobs on Angie's list, I had an idea of how much I might have to pay. When he first gave me a price quote it was higher than that. I sort of hemmed and hawed and said that that was more than I expected to pay. Then I mentioned Angie's list and he immediately dropped the price a significant amount. Makes the Angie's list membership well worth the price."
