"The owner bill was very very friendly over the telephone he said Patrick out within 2 hours for a main drain copper That broke under my mobile home prob'ly for a good 4 to 6 weeks That we had no knowledge of until we started smelling a bed odor when we turned the dryer on So I had my maintenance guys from the office come to see if there was a water main problem from Williamstown but They told me the main drain had broken out and there was water and toilet litter under there so to speak. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
