"It started with a gate fix but ended with a whole new build for the same price quoted. It’s been a fantastic experience. A new build that works so much better than before. Saad with Stars Remodeling sure came through with a superior build and just a real nice individual who takes great pride in his work !!"

"Great, we were extremely happy with the work. Yes we would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing work done."

"Always kept me up to date on all phases of the work. I'm adding additional work and I recommended them to a friend."

"Omar and his crew did much more work than interior painting, I could only submit 1 answer. They professionally prepped and painted the exterior of my very big,- very old Folk Victorian home, they removed and replaced my attic insulation, replaced entire house ceiling with shiplap, added a new exterior door to access my utility room, installed new kitchen counter tops, butcher block island top, brick back splash, new kitchen sink, and much more. These guys are extremely talented, they stayed on schedule the entire project. The attention to detail is admirable! Omar is a man of his word and was always willing to go the extra mile every single time I threw a change or update to the plan! I highly and confidently recommend Omar and his crew for any project no matter how big or small."

"Detail oriented, clean service, on time!"

"We had an old screened in patio demolished and a new one installed and I cannot say enough about Colony Builder's Inc. I literally chose them from my research and reviews on the Internet. From start to finish they were exceptional. They communicated with us every step of the way, from our initial meeting with Larry to our walk-through with Larry to finalize the finished product. The contractors were on time, hard workers and paid attention to detail along with keeping the area clean . The project took less time than we anticipated and we felt the cost was very reasonable for the product we received. Ana, Larry's administrative individual, has amazing customer service. She spoke with me each time I called and never did I have to leave a message. I will definitely be using them again for another future project I have on my bucket list. I highly recommend this company for any of your contracting projects."

"Daniel is the consummate professional being well acquainted with and skilled in the various facets of the construction industry. His people skills are second to none. We've hired him for different projects and have not been disappointed. In fact we have recommended him to our neighbors and friends, some of which have hired him to assist them in their projects as well. He is a pleasure to work with."

"Wonderful experience. Built my deck. Repaired many things especially my family room ceiling. Fixed kitchen sunk, fixed wired doorbell, painted two bedroom ceilings with big water stains etc. kept me informed of what was to be done everyday, gave me an invoice (bid). As for the work all projects were beyond excellent. I truly cannot say enough about them. Friendly honest and excellent work. I will definitely have them back. Ask for Chase. Sandy Reagan Don’t know how to take pictures to I sure would!"

"Miguel appraised and explained the repair work needed, time required and cost and presented his estimate. It was acceptable. He and his assistant then commenced work the next day and Miguel completed the job the following day efficiently and satisfactorily. I would not hesitate to recommend Hemma (and Miguel) to anyone requiring siding and gutter work."
