"I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. I saw JR Plumbing had an A rating on Angies so I thought I'd give them a try. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house. "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"

"Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"
