"Our grout was due for a serious cleaning.  After trying several at home solutions myself (which worked great, but required a TON of effort I frankly don't have time for), I "threw in the towel" and decided to hire a professional company.  Perks for Green Texas Chem Dry are that they were easy to schedule, and showed up on time.  In fact, they called to move up the time the day of as their rep finished early from another site.  After the service all I can say is that I'm glad I had the $139 deal purchased, because the level of service they provided wouldn't have warranted the full price.  I will admit that the grout looks much better than it did before, however I wouldn't call it 100% clean - maybe 75%.  There are a few areas I will have to follow up on.  Also, there are a few areas in my bathrooms that I'll need to repair as the tech damaged the paint on our baseboards.  My husband was displeased with the reps due to the lack of care they took in their work, and with their customer service skills.  They used our hose as a water source during the service and while they did roll it back into it's holder, the hose itself was so tangled it took my husband over 30 minutes to untangle it.
