"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Super nice. Gave many options. I pick what I needed or could afford.."

"Jr company made three trips to house on three seperate days. They tried several parts but failed to repair washer. We decided to buy a new washer and JR gave us a partial refund. II give them credit for trying but still did not repair unit. They wanted to try another part but by that time we gave up and cancelled repair. We were out $ 150.00 for there service call"

"The Service Man was polite, efficient, and completed the needed repairs quickly. I'd rate him highly!"

"Not well! The young man came to do the diagnostics right away. He found out that there was a leak in the copper supply line. He did not have the tools to fix it so he borrowed my soldering iron, flux and wire to fix it. He also used my shop-vac to vac off the water. He was responsive. It would have been a better experience had he brought his own tools."

"I highly recommend Hurm of Gainesville. They recently replaced our heat pump system with a new, larger, unit. We are very satisfied with the result. Todd Short worked with us. He was great. Price was good. Work was done quickly. No complaint whatsoever."

"He did a full counter top remodel in my bathroom including custom vanity and cabinets."
