"I hired this company for a full flooring replacement, custom bookshelf, and stair/banister finishing. The project was supposed to be completed in December 2024, but after eight months of repeated delays, no-shows, and broken promises, the job was still unfinished. Despite having in writing that items like the bookshelf, handrail, and stair landing were included, the contractor abandoned the project before completing any of those elements. Their communication was sporadic at best, and I was often left waiting with no notice or explanation. When I finally insisted they meet the extended timeline I had allowed, they responded by filing a mechanic?s lien against my home?a retaliatory and questionable move considering the state they left the project in. I have hired legal counsel and am actively pursuing a resolution. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this business document everything, and proceed with caution. I regret trusting this team with my home."

So I wish we?d taken more time to sit with the decision and do our own research on the materials instead of letting them rush us into a choice. Basically we just believed what the Empire sales person told us about the durability and stain resistance of the tile floor we had installed and the flooring has turned out to be a poor fit for our family."

We specialize in residential carpets, Luxury Vinyl Plank, and high quality laminate flooring. Customer estimates are free of charge and all estimates will be done by the owner, Ben Collins . To make it easier for our customers, we have samples to bring right to your home.

He was patient and helpful in guiding me through what to go with. He thinks about things and provides options. You can see the wheels turning. He even goes out of his way to provide or create a sample of what he’s talking about to give you a visual. Kelvin is a pro. Hard worker, polite and responsive. I think Jesse was the guy who helped out the third day. Very hard worker and professional and warm. Also the job was very reasonably priced and I got quotes from 4 providers. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed after they finished and Ben was on it right away. Impressive. Look no further than Collins Flooring for your flooring renovation plans! "
