"Grayboys installation team did some minor damage to my walls from installation of windows in my upstairs bedroom. They really did not address the problem until I complained. However they did return to repair walls and made adjustments to a window twice as well as replaced a defective screen. I feel that they did accommodate my request for repair as best as they could. However, my initial contact with Grayboy employee James was not so professional . He did not seem to care that damage had been done and suggested I paint the damaged areas which angered me as the cost for the windows was high. The call ended with James telling me to Fxxx off and he hung up! I am still waiting for an apology that will never come! BuyerBeware!"

"Geno was awesome! We discovered the loose siding on Saturday afternoon. Set up the project in Angi’s list talked with Geno almost immediately! I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. He finished the repairs on not only the siding spots I identified, he fixed a 3rd issue that we did not even recognize! All repairs were complete in under an hour!! "I needed an 8000 BTU window air conditioner brought up from my basement to the second floor and installed in a window as soon as possible as outside temperatures were approaching 96 + degrees. From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."
