"Sammson Concrete did an excellent job. My village is particularly difficult with concrete code and has some laws that I don't necessarily agree with with regards to reinforcement of concrete. Throughout the process I always felt like Sammson concrete had my best interest in mind, and went out of their way to ensure the best job possible would be performed. "In July of 2020 Affordable Concrete Raising lifted up a 5ft x 10ft section of our patio concrete, which was slanted toward our house. We are delighted with their work! Ron was very professional and informative when he came to look at our patio and give us an estimate. The work crew arrived on time, were very careful to make sure that the rising concrete cleared the edge of our concrete stoop, and cleaned up afterwards. They even succeeded in freeing up the post of a metal railing so the concrete could rise around it and we wouldn't need to replace the railing. Their price was very competitive ($700) and our experience was positive from start to finish."

"This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The woman who answered the phone and took my initial information was pleasant and professional. I had a callback from Robert within 1 day, and he was out to provide an estimate within 2 days after that. He told us what needed to be done and gave us a verbal estimate for the work. We contacted the office the subsequent week to set up an appointment to have the work done. He called us back within 1 day to set up the appointment date. He showed up on time, and he and his guys went to work. They were organized and very neat; didn't think it was possible to dig a hole and not make a mess, but these guys did! They did the work as described above, and were done in a reasonable amount of time...2 hours or so. The price came in under the estimate because we had decided to have someone else do the concrete pour. We will definitely be using Lincoln for all our sewer needs in the future.

Chuck came out go over our issue, which was water coming over the top of our foundation and explain options to us.  He promptly emailed us a quote and emailed to follow up with us a few days later to see if we had any questions.  Once we sent in our contract and deposit the work was performed the following week.  They applied a polyurea coating to our exterior. They missed doing a small area that we discussed but promptly came out the next week to once the rain subsided to do the small area that was missed.  We were very pleased with the work performed.  Chuck was super responsive and kept us informed of everything.  We would definitely recommend HighTech Waterproofing.

"They were excellent. Brian was able to come by for an estimate very quickly, and gave a thorough assessment of what work needed to be done. The estimate was a great price. Brian was able to get us on the schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time. The crew was friendly, and kept us updated throughout the day. In addition, Brian kept us updated, and came by to oversee the progress. They also added a few other services (such as removing and replacing old cement sink, removing water damaged wood partition). What really blew me away was that they fixed our backyard fence while they were waiting for the concrete delivery!
The work was completed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, and the results look good. I recommend them highly!

"The crew was on time, and very professional. 
I had a concrete floor in my crawlspace.  It was installed several years ago and I had been using it for storage.  The floor was sort of pealing and dusty, and there were a few cracks.  I was concerned about moisture coming through the concrete as well.
A Perfect Crawlspace was the only crawlspace company that had the spray on liner material, called Polyurea.  So instead of paint, they sprayed the polyurea IQ  right onto the concrete.  The product is awesome, and I was able to use it for storage as soon as they were done.  Dries in an instant and made the crawlspace look great!  They also sprayed closed cell foam insulation on the foundation and sill boxes to stop cold.  I expect to have warm feet this winter.  I wish I had this done sooner - I feel the difference already.  The musty smell is gone.  Im looking forward to using this on my garage floor as well in the near future.
