While the ?finished? railings looked good in the short term on inspection for payment, the workmanship did not hold up and the paint has been falling off and chipping in huge chunks. What is easy to understand is that paint hides a lot of shoddy work. I wish I would been more experienced and realized that this could be done so poorly. I do not think they actually stripped and primed the railings before just slathering a heavy vat of paint over the old paint."
