"I had Amazing Renovations demolish an old deck and build back a new deck with composite decking. After getting the go ahead, Richy (Amazing Renovations) quickly coordinated the logistics. Richy was always available to answer any question we had, and he would monitor the progress and needs of the project on a daily basis. The removal of the old deck and the ordering and arrival of materials for the new deck happened in a timely manner. The personnel building the deck were professional/polite and very helpful. "These guys helped totally remodel our condo- new paint, new flooring, new doors, new lighting, new shower tiled enclosure, new countertops as well as removing overhead hanging cabinets and finishing it out to improve our beach view from the kitchen. They did a fantastic job! They communicated frequently, gave suggestions and did extra work as it popped up without qualms and finished on time. Roy was a pleasure to work with especially with us being long distance to the actual job- didn t phase him at all. Going to have them come back in the off season to R and R the master tub and surround with tile as well. Highly recommend!"

"Steve, the owner, showed up when promised to do the estimate on power washing and painting 2 coats on all exterior trim, soffits, boxing, and porch rails. He emailed the estimate the next day and I accepted. The work was scheduled and Manuel came on time to do the pressure washing. The next day Manuel and his crew arrived and did the paint job, including hand washing aluminum gutters and downspouts. They returned to finish the following day. The next day Steve and Manuel returned and Steve inspected the work and pointed out several spots that needed touching up which Manuel promptly took care of. All cleanup was done and the work was excellent. In addition Steve and Manuel are both very personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company."
