The plan included changing some of the downspouts to give the home a better appearance. This appears to have worked well so far. Pricing was inline with other bids we received for the same work. "I had 3 different roofing companies provide me quotes for the job. Fusion was similary priced with another, but 25% less than the most expensive. Our house had a new roof installed by the previous owner on about 2/3 of the roof but the metal roof still was in place on parts of the house painted with aluminum fiber paint and box gutters. I wanted a consistent look to the house -i.e tear out old roof and replace to match the rest of the house, replace box gutters around porch and then on another piece of the roof remove box gutters entirely and replace with modern hanging gutters. 
The job was done as expected, and just as importantly they did an A+ job of cleaning up the job site. Too many roofers leave too much trash (especially nails) - not so with Fusion. I found that their communication was good and having dealt with box gutters for over 10 years on a different house I really like the way the finished the job.
