Ive attempted to cancel several times each time the person saying they had no authority to cancel. We have 9 cameras on our property. Several times we were billed for service but had no video record of them entering the property. Today we had them on our property for a total of 3 minutes. The technician texted us to let us know he came. I told him we had already cancelled, he said he had no record of that. I told him not to come back, he said he had no authority to cancel the service. By now I was getting frustrated and angry. I told him he would be trespassing if he came again. His response was "Lol Good Luck". I've never experienced such unprofessionalism of any company Ive worked with. Canceling my credit card may be my only option. If it was just a bad technician I might not be so angry, but everyone who answered the phone had no authority to help."
