The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

He assessed the problem and provided me with two quotes: One, to unclog drain and repair garbage disposal. Two, unclog drain and replace garbage disposal. I chose the quote for a replacement. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't.
