I got a written quote on the spot and made an appointment for the following week. The workman (Dennis) arrived on time and we went over the proposal and estimate - no changes were needed. He cleaned the wall-surround, re-grouted the shelf area, and re-caulked all around the tub. I was ver satisfied with the results. The entire enclosure looks new."

He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments.
