I literally contacted him on Tuesday evening when my kitchen sink would not drain and he came out to my house at 9:00 the next morning. He replaced all of my outgoing kitchen plumbing, braced it, and pitched it correctly. In all the years I have owned my house, my kitchen drain has never worked well. After Fitzpatrick plumbing fixed it, it is amazing how it drains. He did exceptional work and the price was very reasonable."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
