Nate kept us informed as to when the crew would be there and helped with picking out the best color for the ceiling since it would have been very dark to use the same color as our existing vinyl. It turned out beautiful and looks as if it were built with the house. You cannot tell that it is an addition."

"Philip did an outstanding job building the steps we needed to access a newly purchased under deck swim spa. It was a project that was doing to have to meet not only structural but functional requirements, since I have mobility (back, hip) issues and was not sure until construction ensued how tall the landing would need to be so I could access the swim spa and yet not hit the overhead ceiling. He built a landing at one height and wanted me to try it out (accessing it via a step stool) before building the steps running up to the landing and was willing to make other adjustments as needed so that it was going to work for my wife and I. He listened to us, was responsive to our needs, and is a perfectionist so we felt confident that he was going to build it the right way and he did. It meets all our needs, the quality of the construction was superb, and it is beautiful. His pricing was reasonable considering the time and effort he spent on designing and building it. Even though he is often involved with much larger projects and oversees other subcontractors, he is a carpenter/ woodworker at heart and seemed to really enjoy working on it, which he did with the assistance of just one helper. We would hire him again without hesitation and highly recommend him to others!"

"Was concerned a crack in my concrete foundation needed repair. BJ Denny came out, inspected, and explained how the crack doesn’t need repair now. That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. Very pleased he didn’t try to overfix the damage, and he gave me a lot of advice for preventative measures. Very professional and trustworthy!"

"We hired JB Construction Innovations to do a complete renovation on an older home in Frankfort KY - we took a 5 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home to a 4 bedroom 4 bath home with their help. We opened and moved walls - redesigned space and the outcome was absolutely stunning. They did a great job from planning, design, permitting and construction and completion down to clean up. We would absolutely use them again. This home was purchased to utilize as an AirBNB and we are up and operational and doing well. Theyve replaced flooring, installed a completely new kitchen, done plumbing, insulation, installed two new showers, installed a new double door, built two new porches (one screened), poured sidewalks, built a carport into our garage, painted our roofs and garage, and other miscellaneous maintenance.
