And then, after the repair is complete, he checks out the rest of the machine to make sure there is nothing wrong, then allows the machine to operate to make sure the repair is good. I gave him a "good" rating on Punctuality; but, in essence, that really reflects well on Accurate Appliance's commitment to working on a repair until it is done well.
