"On time professional reasonable and personable. Took the time to explain the repair. Very satisfied"

"John called back like his voicemail message states. He said he would call an hour before he came on a certain date. He came about an hour or so later than what he said he would. He checked out the dryer, testing different elements of it and then identified the problem. Fixed it, tested it again and it was heating again. It's running better than it ever has in the 7+ years we've had the dryer. He was polite, happy to explain what he thought was the problem, explained how he figured the problem out and then how he fixed it. He cleaned up after himself and you wouldn't have known he had been there. He was at our house for about 2.5 hours total and we paid him $120 for fixing our dryer. I think it was a good price for getting our dryer fixed, which will hopefully last several more years."

"Brian Sheehan is fantastic. Called him on Tuesday afternoon, he arrived next morning to diagnose problems. Had to order part for refrigerator, called me back on Thursday and performed repairs on Friday morning. This guy is friendly, honest, efficient and very knowledgeable. His pricing is fair and reasonable. Brian Sheehan is now my "go to" local appliance repair specialist. Will definitely hire again should the need arise."

"Ryan did an awesome job repairing the clothes dryer. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I recommend him highly for any appliance repair jobs."

"Great service. We were very informed at every step"

"Jet Fix technicians were quick and efficient and did a great job repairing my dryer! I would recommend them to anyone in need of washer/dryer repair. Thank you!!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Repair Man Vince came out to look at my dryer which was not working. Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately dryer was 25 yrs old and not worth fixing. Bought a new washer and dryer and he came out and installed it for me. Vince is very knowledgeable and a very pleasant man. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again if needed. Excellent service."
