He checked out the dryer, testing different elements of it and then identified the problem. Fixed it, tested it again and it was heating again. He was polite, happy to explain what he thought was the problem, explained how he figured the problem out and then how he fixed it. They were scheduled to come the following morning the technician didn't show up, and I was unable to reach the company by phone.
