"I was happy with the work done by Matt and his crew on my roof replacement. Of the highlights, Matt excelled at customer service. I had spoken to several contractors during the bidding process and Matt clearly stood out as someone to provide detailed guidance and credible advice on the project. As my roof was being replaced as part of an insurance claim, Matt took the initiative to bring in additional contractors to build out an initial estimate for all of the work, to get things moving with the insurance company, which was a huge help. Matt took things a bit further and spoke directly with the insurance company regarding details of my roof and other work that was not started yet and was able to help me gain significantly more coverage than originally provided! Matt was always available for questions and promptly returned my calls and emails throughout the process. In one instance, I had requested that they hold off on installation of the ice and water shield one day due to the cold temperatures. Matt agreed to this with no hesitation, even though it required them to work the weekend to complete the work. Per my inspection throughout the roofing process and after, everything looked good and I found only a few things that were missed, which Matt took care of immediately. Some mess and nails were left behind after the work, but it was fairly minimal. Due to the scale of the work, Matt / MMP did bring in subcontractors to perform much of the standard roofing work. I would have appreciated if MMP was more forthcoming about this earlier in the process. MMP had someone from their team on-site for the entire process, but I think that they could have kept a closer eye on the sub-contractors work. For the more challenging tasks, Matt came out and did the work himself. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, working long hours and through the weekend to get everything completed in a timely manner and reduce risk of water leakage in case of rain. I will certainly consider MMP for future work on my house."

"The Kinsellabuilt team is outstanding - they managed through a full gut remodel of our ~1,925 sqft home in a little over 5 months from when we got our initial quote. They have a great eye for design as well, which we found really helpful - they would ask us for input on decisions where we had personal preferences and took care of the small decisions where we didn't have preferences in ways that made a lot of sense. This was our first remodel and they were really great about giving us advice and steering us away from decisions that might be costly or not work well. They are highly responsive and quick to resolve issues. We were also really impressed by their accuracy on the cost estimate. They charged us exactly what they said they would, and anything that added cost was discussed, agreed to beforehand, and documented on the invoices. Even with the cost increases, almost all of which was due to us increasing scope, we came in within 5% of the original estimate. Would highly recommend!"

"Working with Jack Whealan means that you're working with the best. My family had a rather complicated project that included 3 major phases along with painting and refinishing existing floors. Not only did Jack complete the majority of the project independently, but he did so while seamlessly coordinating subcontractors to keep the process running smoothly. Jack kept us in the loop every step of the way, and delivered a product that is superior to any other project we've had done. Jack answered all of our questions around the clock, and made sure we had the information behind his answers. He provided great insight about so many things in the home (whether they dealt with the new build or not). You can tell that Jack is a person who genuinely cares about the work he is doing. He is meticulous and detail oriented, and he won't install something in your home that he wouldn't put in his own home. If I had to go back before this project was started and choose a contractor to work with, I can 100% say I wouldn't choose anyone but Jack. You seriously can't go wrong with Strong Builders. It was a pleasure to work with Jack and we are so happy with our new home."

"All in all  the project went very well. We had never done a project of this size so we were apprehensive. We were pleasantly surprised.  For starters we worked with Jane to design the project and she had some good ideas we would not have come up with. The design work was minimal--not the same as working with an architect-but it was  appropriate for the scale of  the project and we were very happy with the ultimate design, after a little tweaking back and forth. The pricing for the design aspects of the project are very reasonable cost-wise. <br /> Most of our direct contact was with Mike the Project Manager, who was great. They use an online project management software which keeps all documents,schedules and prices available and updated. Mike was very quick to return calls or emails. When problems or issues arose, as they always do with a project like this, he was easy to work with and obviously interested in resolving things.  We had no major issues really, just the usual minor things that need to be resolved.  Dwayne the main carpenter was great, a nice guy who did good work.  <br /> Overall, Pegasus is a professional operation and they want to make the customer happy. We did rate quality a B rather than an A--meaning things were not perfect. However, we are very happy with the results and have a beautiful, open kitchen/living area that was created at a reasonable cost while largely on schedule. We would definitely use them again for an appropriate project. <br />"

"Humberto is the best! He and his crew are reliable, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always clean up afterwards and are careful not to get paint chips (from power washing) or paint drips in the soil of my garden. I've hired him twice to paint the outside of my half of a duplex. My neighbor in the other half went in with me this time. A third neighbor who saw the work decided to have their freestanding house painted as well. A beautiful job all around. Humberto is also honest and forthright about the costs and doesn't go over."
