"Had a foundation crack in the basement which caused rainwater to seep inside. Several companies came out and and looked at the job. I selected Aalcon because the solution they proposed addressed the outside AND inside of the house. Their cost was very reasonable, communication was excellent, and the crew did exactly what they were hired to do. It's been several months since they did the repair and we've had plenty of rain - not a drip of water inside the basement!"

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"Repointed our 10X20 patio that is 30 years old and showing missing or cracked mortar but bricks firm on concreate base. He did a great job of repointing ALL joints after regrinding them out without nicking the existing bricks. Only one color of mortar to choose from and it was acceptable. The Joints look great and matched the prior job quality. After the job as done, he suggested keeping it damp which I had done over two days to help the curing process of the mortar. The color of the mortar looks great with some minor differences which will probably blend in over time. Some minor splatter on existing bricks, but not concerned. The job was done professionally and he worked throughout the entire HOT day. Now only time will tell of the mortar replacement is as good at the original job that lasted 30 years. I would highly recommend Big Sky Masonry for your next masonry job. Pleasant to work with and professional with great communication. I had no urgency to get the job done other than prior to the cold weather."

"Fernando evaluated a stone facade on my Colonial Beach, VA townhouse that had come loose due to poor builder construction. He matched the stone perfectly and repaired the original work to like new condition. He was responsive, timely, cost-competitive, and most importantly did grade A work. Would definitely hire for any future projects!"

"I had a great experience working with John at MC Fence on a new deck and privacy fence for my backyard. John stood out with his knowledge and suggestions. He really helped improve the original idea I had. The communication throughout the job was excellent. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always quick to answer any questions. The quality of work speaks for itself. Highly recommend their deck and privacy fence services!"

"Professional job. Pleased with results. Would have liked to have old bricks and porch power washed to more closely match new brick work. I didn't request so my bad.

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!

"It went really well. We used their services right after we bought the deal. I do not know if we spent more than the big deal price because my wife actually handled that part. I saw what they did but she took care of everything. The yard looked really nice and they cleaned things up really nicely. They had one tree that they said that they were not sure if it was going to make it but they said that they would replace it at their expense if it did not but that was not necessary because everything came through. I did not really deal with them that closely. I just saw the work that was done and I knew when they were here and when they left."

"Don was great to work with on my projects. He exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use him again and again. From the mirror to the shelf in the laundry room...I couldn't stop thanking him!"

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.
