"I could not be happier with this company from contract to completed projects. It all starts with the sales guy Marty. He was right on time for the consultation and the next day I had an estimate. I got several estimates from other companies, and Blue Horizons was in the middle -- not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The first crew to show up drained the pool and replace the tile which looks amazing. We then had to have a leak fixed which Blue Horizons doesn't do but they coordinated with the guy who fixed the leak so I didn't' have to do that coordination. Next up were the paver guys who do amazing work. We also had a drain installed so it took these guys about a week to finish, but they were there every day by 8a and worked until at least 5p and somedays later. Once they finished the pool refinisher guys showed up a few days later to refinish the pool Once the water was added they sent a couple guys out a few times to make sure the all of the chemicals were correct. I had one small issue and I sent an email to the office at 10p at night. By 7a the next morning someone had responded and had already contacted my crew when they got there for the day. They have some of the best communication and timeliness of anyone. Wish I could use them for all my jobs around my house. :)"

We described the look and purpose of the pool we were hoping to build (most contractors want you to go big), and Mike provided numerous concepts including the final version we went with. Even during COVID, he and his crew started and finished the project on time as proposed and agreed upon. Lastly once the project was finished, Mike has been awesome on training and supporting us on how to take care of the pool. "Roger was great. He answered my call on a Saturday and came out and gave me an estimate on Tuesday. I could of tell Roger was not the hungry for money type. He presented to me 2 options to fix my pool lights and both were very reasonable. Called him to review the invoice and he broke it down for me. My pool man came out within a few days to fix the light and cleaned up whatever debris was left behind. Would definitely use them in the future, if needed."
